    |   TNF-α 簡介

     

    腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)由中性粒細胞、活化的淋巴細胞、巨噬細胞、NK細胞、LAK細胞、星形膠質細胞內皮細胞、平滑肌細胞和一些轉化細胞產生。自然發生的TNF-α形式是糖基化的,但非糖基化的重組TNF-α具有相應的生物活性。
